Bathildis Hospital, Germany
Bathildis Hospital, Germany

In Bad Pyrmont, while the hospital currently remains open, the Protestant Bathildis Hospital is being converted, extended and developed.

It is no exaggeration to state that this building site can be considered the prime example for hygiene-conscious planning and design of water-bearing installations. This is because the planners and the specialist companies carrying out the work have pulled out all the stops to permanently exclude any impairment of drinking water quality from the hospital transfer station to the most remote tap, even under unfavourable operating and usage conditions. This is an exemplary practical achievement. Indeed, it is as if the authors of the relevant German Sanitation, Heating and Air Conditioning Federation (ZVSHK) fact sheets providing full details of this subject had been the inspiration here.
