System manufacturer Viega offers the advantages of providing the specialist trade with coordinated installation components, without any interface problems.
Heating architect Claus Dingl from Upper Bavarian Töging took advantage of this aspect along with the service-oriented, on-site consultation by the Viega sales consultant, when received the inquiry to reinstall the heating and sanitation facilities in the employee apartments situated near Inn with the beautiful name of “Wasserschloss-Siedlung”, literally meaning “Castle on the Lake Settlement”.
The assemblers from “Claus Dingl Heiztechnik” have been busy relaying all the pipeline systems for sewage, central heating and warm and cold domestic water. The craftsmen are using the stable “Sanfix Fosta” pipe system from Viega for all water-carrying lines in dimensions 16 to 50 millimetres.
The second important aspect with the renovation works was the facilities for the bathrooms. The new planned room layouts with incorporated partition walls were obvious for a bathroom fitting with pre-wall modules from the “Viega Eco plus” range. There, where the flush-mounted cisterns were to be integrated into existing masonry, the “Viega Mono” pre-wall block offered itself as the suitable alternative. The fact that “Visign” control panels were also fitted after the tiling had been done requires almost no more than a mention. “Only which design line is going to be used is yet to be decided by the client,” adds Florian Dingl.
