Pipe materials, pipe dimensions and installation are the deciding factors for the permanent preservation of water quality. This task is fulfilled by the complete Profipress copper system, which provides a comprehensive range of press connectors, made of copper and gunmetal in sizes 12 to 108 mm for virtually any situation.

Water-Flushed Drinking Water Connections

• With Sanpress press connectors, the new Sanpress dual-wall plate and the Sanpress wall plate T-piece, there is nothing hindering hygienically optimised pipework, for example, ring or serial piping systems.
• The Sanpress assembly unit for membrane expansion tanks also makes installations easy to assemble and ensures the flushing of connection points.

Cold Water Distribution

• Water meter assembly unit: Viega Geopress uses press technology directly at the domestic drinking water connection. The water meter unit is installed in the drinking water pipe with an integrated Easytop system shut-off valve. A clear advantage for hygiene and safety: all parts that come into contact with water are made of corrosion-proof gunmetal.
• Water filter with screw connection: the water filter can be connected directly to Profipress. The relevant screw connections are equipped with press ends for this reason.
• Easytop system shut-off valves made of gunmetal with press connection
• Cold water distributors made of XL 64 mm connectors: the Profipress XL-connector is pressed in one action using the proven Viega press tools (32 KN).

Hot water Connection

• Circulation systems: when using Smartloop Inliner technology, a cost-effective drinking water system can be set up using Profipress combined with Easytop circulation regulating valves.
• Connection to hot water tank: Viega offers a selection of screw fittings with press connection – as a result, changing your hot water tank to press technology is no problem.
• Removable pressure test plug: the practical pressure test plug is simply screwed onto the press end. It can be used as often as you want by simply loosening the screw connection. Only the seal needs to be replaced from time to time.

Reliable interfaces

• Fitting connections: noise insulated wall plates and an integrated Silenta sound absorber minimise the acoustic transfer and improve living comfort.
• The wall ducts made of gunmetal close with press ends and are equipped with the ultimate degree of safety, thanks to the SC-Contur. The installation set included also absorbs noise and protects the installation against splash water.
• Connection to flexible piping systems: Viega offers a variety of Profipress adaptors with press connection, which allow quick and uncomplicated connection to Viega plastic systems on the same storey.
• Pre-wall installation: The Viega interconnected system also enables the connection of Profipress piping systems with Viega pre-wall elements.
