Modern design in historical context
An ancient eighteenth century residence belonging to the Visconti was converted into a resort. The building is surrounded by the pure, uncontaminated landscape of Lombardy, Italy, and is an ideal starting point to visit important historical places. Today, Villa Fabrizia Resort presents itself as a structural and architectural continuum with the original palace. Its individually designed suites, a restaurant and a wine bar offer a refined and exclusive environment for any guest who is travelling there for business or for leisure.
Viega Visign
For the bathrooms architect Laurent Fort chose Visign for More 104 flush plates along with the Viega Mono Tec and Viega Mono Slim pre-wall blocks respectively for wall-hung and floor standing WCs. The decisive factors for his decision were the simple and elegant design, which perfectly fits the historic environment, as well as ease of use and the option to choose between a full and a water-saving partial flush.
Also in the floor-level showers Viega solutions have been used. Here Advantix shower channels with stainless steel grates were installed.
